Welcome to Hope Estate... In 1994 I gave up pharmacy to do something I love …… make wine.  Since then my wife Karen and I have had a long term dream to transform and bring new life into the old Rothbury Estate, now known as Hope Estate.  We are delighted to announce that we have realised that dream and Hope Estate has come alive. We have recently reopened Harvest Restaurant with new Executive Chef Mert Tansu. I am thrilled to say that Mert has blown me away with his ability to knock out culinary genius for impromptu guests. In fact the tasting menu he put together for visiting VIPs was so good, i insisted he make it part of our regular menu. Hopefully we'll see you soon at Hope Estate for a wine tasting or to try the new menu at Harvest.
