We have completed the renovations to the restaurant! There is a large deck addition overlooking the
front entrance of our Cellar door creating an open outside eating area where meals can be enjoyed
in the sunshine or by starlight, with views that are picture perfect. Set atop Hope Estate winery and in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country, Harvest Restaurant
overlooks 420 acres of rolling vineyards and picturesque lakes. The stunning view from the enormous
deck is the perfect accompaniment to great wine & food.The restaurant’s food style is of light,
fresh flavours that are in pure harmony with the fabulous wines of Hope Estate. Enjoy a walk through
the inspiring Great Cask Hall and sample the wines of Hope Estate at the cellar door before lunching
