OUR WINES 

We only sell what we grow and are firm believers in estate-grown varietal wines. It’s the only way to ensure that the distinctive regional characters can shine through.

The whole thing about Hope Estate is that our wines should be the best they possibly can. To do this the entire process has to be done on-site, from growing to bottling. This means that we’re responsible for the grapes being picked at precisely the right moment.

If we think a vintage would be better if we extended the ageing process, we won’t release it until it’s ready. If the season has been too dry or too wet and adversely affected certain batches of grapes, we won’t use them. If we think we can improve a vintage by using a technique that may take longer than other wineries, we do it.

At Hope Estate we grow and produce Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Merlot.
