POKOLBIN DRY GIN

Our Pokolbin Dry Gin is made in the classic London Dry Gin style packed full of juniper and citrus. It is infused with premium botanicals of coriander, angelica root, fennel, cardamom and pepper, with the addition of fresh lime and grapefruit.
ALC: 42%
Recommended Garnish: Fresh Grapefruit or Juniper Berries
MICHAEL HOPE'S NOTES
An original London Dry Gin style full of spice with citrus aroma. Classic juniper gives this dry gin a strong pine backbone. A great gin to mix in any cocktail or even enjoy neat over ice!
HOPPED GIN

Our Hopped Gin is a rare and small batch gin packed with juniper and hop flowers. It is infused with premium botanicals of pink pepper, malted barley, orris root, lemon myrtle, elderflower, salt bush, rosemary and finger limes.
ALC: 45%
Recommended Garnish: Fresh Orange Peel
MICHAEL HOPE'S NOTES
We have combined our Brewer and Distiller expertise for this rare style. Our Hopped Gin uses dry hop flowers in the botanical basket to provide a strong floral grassiness and citrus character. Elderflower enhances the floral characters, while orris root provides a luscious mouthfeel and violet fragrance.
PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN

Our Pink Grapefruit Gin is a classic Pink Gin style packed full of juniper and fresh pink grapefruit. It is infused with premium botanicals of rose petals, coriander, orris root, pink pepper and lavender, with the addition of fresh lemon.

TAHITAN LIME GIN

Our Tahitian Lime Gin is a flavourful twist on our gin selection with the infusion of fresh Tahitian lime in the basket with premium botanicals. Its signature tartness brightens the infusion to create the perfect zing to any cocktail.
