POKOLBIN DRY GIN

Our Pokolbin Dry Gin is made in the classic London Dry Gin style packed full of juniper and citrus. It is infused with premium botanicals of coriander, angelica root, fennel, cardamom and pepper, with the addition of fresh lime and grapefruit.
ALC: 42%
Recommended Garnish: Fresh Grapefruit or Juniper Berries
MICHAEL HOPE'S NOTES
An original London Dry Gin style full of spice with citrus aroma. Classic juniper gives this dry gin a strong pine backbone. A great gin to mix in any cocktail or even enjoy neat over ice!
NAVY STRENGTH GIN

Our Navy Strength Gin is higher in alcohol, the big brother to our Pokolbin Dry Gin, packed full of juniper and intense botanicals. It is infused with premium botanicals of angelica root, coriander, fennel, bay leaf, cardamom and pepper, with the addition of fresh lime and lemon.
ALC: 57.5%

MICHAEL HOPE'S NOTES
This style of gin originated in the 18th Century when the British Navy provided their crew with gin. The proof needed to be over 109 so any leaking gin wouldn't impact the gunpowder lighting. This higher alcohol gin will hold more essential oils from the botanicals then the 'little brother' Pokolbin Dry Gin. The perfect gin for your cocktail!
HOPPED GIN

Our Hopped Gin is a rare and small batch gin packed with juniper and hop flowers. It is infused with premium botanicals of pink pepper, malted barley, orris root, lemon myrtle, elderflower, salt bush, rosemary and finger limes.
ALC: 45%
Recommended Garnish: Fresh Orange Peel
MICHAEL HOPE'S NOTES
We have combined our Brewer and Distiller expertise for this rare style. Our Hopped Gin uses dry hop flowers in the botanical basket to provide a strong floral grassiness and citrus character. Elderflower enhances the floral characters, while orris root provides a luscious mouthfeel and violet fragrance.
SPICED GIN

Our Spiced Gin is still a juniper forward style but with an Xmas spice twist. It is infused with premium botanicals of coriander, anise, fennel, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon, with the addition of fresh orange and kaffir lime leaves.

Recommended Garnish: Fresh Orange Peel
MICHAEL HOPE'S NOTES
This style is Xmas in a glass! The juniper is enhanced by traditional Xmas spices, such as star anise, that shine through. It is not your typical gin, but it is one I am sure you will love!
PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN

Our Pink Grapefruit Gin is a classic Pink Gin style packed full of juniper and fresh pink grapefruit. It is infused with premium botanicals of rose petals, coriander, orris root, pink pepper and lavender, with the addition of fresh lemon.
