SEMILLON

2017 ESTATE GROWN SEMILLON

Upon release this Semillon shows vibrant citrus with a hint of fresh minerality. Careful cellaring of 5 years or more will reward you with the renowned honey, toasty and slightly creamy qualities of the traditional Hunter Semillon.

French barrel fermentation gifts this Chardonnay with elegant peach and cashew characters. A traditional creamy texture has been achieved through some whole bunch pressing and wild yeast fermentation.

Our Rosé is young, fresh and fruit driven. The win is lightly sweet with ripe berry flavour; notes of strawberry, raspberries and red plums. Serve chilled on a hot day and perfectly paired with a hot Summer day.

 

MERLOT

2017 ESTATE GROWN MERLOT

A fuller bodied style of Merlot with some typical Hunter earthiness that is rounded out with some plum and red berry flavours from a good vintage. Old oak maturation has lent a savoury edge and added a bit of depth and length to the palate.

2015 SHIRAZ

NV AUSTRALIAN SPARKLING

Fresh delicate floral citrus and biscuit bouquet. This sparkling wine has great length with a traditional creamy texture and generous fruit characters. The acid on the finish balances and refreshes the palate, making it a wine for all occasions.
