Enjoy a six-course degustation prepared by acclaimed chef Nichol Papandreou with matched Hope craft beers.

Roasted baby beetroots, creamy beetroot puree with crumbled goats cheese and walnuts
Tiger prawns with avocado mousse, mango salsa and crispy tortilla bread
Twice cooked pork belly with cumin spiced pumpkin puree, fig jam and chef’s signature pistachio dukkah
Beef scotch fillet with garlic whipped potatoes, baby spinach, blistered cherry tomatoes and jus
