I accept this form as my application to join Hope Estate Wine Club. As a Gold Club Member, I understand that I will receive two cases of wine every year in April & October. I have read and understood the terms and conditions listed below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

I certify that I am 18 years of age or over. As a Gold Club Member, I understand that I will automatically receive two cases of wine per year, one in April and the other in October (2 cases per year is a minimum membership requirement, you may of course order more). The wines will be a mixed dozen unless otherwise specified. I understand and accept that price rises may occur. I authorise Hope Estate to debit my credit card according to my selection and deliver as per instructed - free of charge. Orders will be despatched approx 1 - 2 weeks after being charged. I understand that I am required to be a Hope Estate Gold Club member for a minimum of 12 months, receiving the annual requirement of two cases. I understand that cancellations must be received in writing no later than 3 weeks prior to the next scheduled delivery. I understanding that confirmation will be received should I cancel, which will finalise membership termination. I agree to ensure that my personal and credit card details are updated every time they change. I understand that Hope Estate will not take responsibility if wine is shipped to an old address and any changes for misdirected wine will be the responsibility of the member to pay.
