A hot dry 2017 vintage in the Hunter resulted in very ripe shiraz of our Pokolbin vineyard. Dark plum aromas and cedar notes from twelve months in french oak hogsheads showcase its red fruits andearthy characters on this soft elegant palate with a dry finish.
