All wine tasting will be hosted in seated groups. Wine tastings will need to be pre-booked and pre-paid in allocated time slots starting at 10am (limited spots available). Duration of the tasting is approximately 45 minutes.
Please note: once processed, payments are non-refundable. Cancellations up to 48 hours prior are eligible to receive a full credit towards purchases or future bookings.

We have two experiences to choose from:
Estate Tasting
$20 per person · Prepaid
Includes a selection of 6 varieties from our Estate wine list that includes Hope Estate and Tower Estate wines.
Tasting fee is fully redeemable per customer on purchases of 3 bottles or more.
Bookings are highly recommended for beer tastings as we have a limited capacity.
Spirit Tasting
Four Spirit Paddles to choose from. Each paddle includes 4 x 10ml serves from our selection of 4 varieties, served with garnish, mixer and a mini bucket of ice. *5ml serve only for Barrel Aged Ultra Cut Gin. 20ml only serve for the Liqueur and Schnapps.

Can I just walk in without a booking?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome at the Cellar Door to browse and purchase. Wine, beer and spirit tasting seats are by prior booking only.
Is food available at the Cellar Door?
Pre-booked pizza lunches are available for groups of 10 or more. Snacks (crisps, pork crackle and more from $4) are available Friday to Sunday. A sit-down meal is available by pre-booking only. Please contact us to arrange food with your visit.
Is the Cellar Door wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Hope Estate Cellar Door is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at Hope Estate but must remain outside at all times. Water bowls are available. Please keep your dog on a lead and supervised throughout your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payments are non-refundable once processed. Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to your booking are eligible to receive a full credit towards purchases or future bookings. A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
