Hope Estate Club Program

I certify that I am 18 years of age or over. As a member, I understand I am committing to a minimum 12 month agreement and I will automatically receive allocations (excluding Silver Club) as outlined in the member benefits (you may of course order more). The allocation selection will be as nominated at sign up unless otherwise specified. If allocation has not been selected, I understand I will receive Mixed Dozen (wine) or Easy Drinking (beer). I understand and accept that price rises may occur.

I understand that Hope Estate, Hope Brewery, Tower Whiskey Distillery, Virgin Hills and Hope Distillery are constantly endeavouring to improve the club program and as such reserve the right to adapt any benefits as needed. Some benefits are not available on concert weekends or may not be available to a member who has not maintained their minimum membership requirements.

I authorise Hope Estate to debit my credit card according to my selection and deliver as per instructed. Orders will be despatched approx 1 - 2 weeks after being charged. I understand that I am required to be a Club Member for a minimum of 12 months, receiving the annual allocation requirement.

I understand that cancellations must be received in writing no later than 3 weeks prior to the next scheduled delivery. I understand that confirmation will be received should I cancel, which will finalise membership termination.

I agree to ensure that my personal and credit card details are updated every time they change. I understand that Hope Estate will not take responsibility if an allocation is shipped to an old address and any charges for misdirected orders will be the responsibility of the member to pay.

As a member of the Club Program I may be assured that any information I have given will be kept confidential and used for Club purposes only.
