We deliver to NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC only. We do not offer delivery to NT, WA or SA.
Warehouse and Processing

Warehouse Processing Times

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday only and does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday may not be packed until the following week.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note: Due to recent freight increases, some customers may notice higher shipping rates depending on location and order size.

All deliveries are handled by Australia Post.

All glass and alcohol products are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post Wine + Signature service. This ensures your order is handled with care and delivered safely, requiring an adult signature on arrival.

If you're not home, your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. Please collect within their specified timeframe. If it is returned to us, we can re-send it once return and re-delivery costs are covered.

Adult Signature Required. All alcohol deliveries require a signature from someone aged 18 or over. If no one is available to sign, your parcel will be held at your nearest Post Office.

Because these products contain alcohol, a signature is required on delivery for all Victorian orders.

You can choose either signature on delivery or have it left in a safe place at checkout.

Click and Collect is available from our cellar door at Hope Estate, 2213 Broke Road, Pokolbin NSW 2320.

  • Orders must be placed and confirmed before arrival for collection
  • Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order
  • Orders placed after 2pm Friday may not be ready for weekend collection
  • To ensure weekend collection, place your order before 2pm Friday
Cellar Door Trading Hours: Open Wednesday to Sunday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Orders cannot be collected while the cellar door is closed.

Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days on all delivery timeframes due to freight and network delays.

Tracking Your Order

Address and Tracking Information

To help your delivery run smoothly, please ensure your order includes a valid email address and phone number. Without these details, you may not be able to receive tracking updates or follow your delivery.

Once your order has been collected from our site by Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can then track your order directly through Australia Post.

You can view full tracking details for each parcel in your order. Click the tracking dropdown to see updates for all items.

Split Shipments

Multiple Parcels

Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock and packaging requirements. This means items may arrive at different times.

Each parcel will have its own tracking details so you can follow everything in real time.

Getting Your Address Right

To help your delivery go smoothly, please make sure your address includes:

  • Correct street number and name
  • Suburb, state and postcode (within NSW, ACT, QLD or VIC only)
  • Unit or apartment details if required
  • A valid email address and phone number
We can't take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
