Tasting Notes

This single vineyard Chardonnay is grown on the Mountain Wash vineyard which lies directly under the Wollemi Range. Over millions of years of nutrients from the mountain's vegetation have been washed into the soil where our vineyards now stand. This makes perfect conditions for our Chardonnay to thrive in the warm, dry climate of the Hunter Valley. White gold in colour, this Chardonnay is perfectly balanced between delicate peach, pear and ripe citrus fruit characters with subtle integrated oak.
