The French oak adds toasty, vanilla-rich notes, deepening the malt complexity and giving a smooth, layered finish. Our Aussie take on the Belgian Quad is a copper-hued ale with subtle candied fruit notes, balanced by clean, citrusy hop bitterness. A refined, full-flavoured experience.
